Local handling Charges

Apparels
The local handling fee is fixed at $2.00 per item for normal mail delivery. Customer may opt for registered mail of which customer will be liable for the extra cost incurred.

Bulky Items
Miss Splendour’s Closet will recommend for meet-up for collection of item/(s).

Important Note:
It is the responsibility on the customer to furnish valid and complete mailing address to Miss Splendour’s Closet for mailing of item/(s). Miss Splendour’s Closet shall not be held responsible for any item/(s) lost in the mail delivery.

Return Policy

Should the wrong products (wrong sizes or color from what is/are ordered; product/(s) with conspicuous quality problem/(s)) have been delivered by Miss Splendour’s Closet, customer is allowed to return the product/(s) with the following conditions:
i) Product/(s) to be returned within 5 days,
ii) Product/(s) must be still in original packaging and have not been wash or worn before,
iii) Exchange can be made for the same product without extra charges.- If exchange is made for a product that is higher in value, customer is required to top up the difference;- If exchange is made for a product that is lower in value, Miss Splendour’s Closet will refund the difference;- If product are not exchangeable for any reason/(s), customer will be refunded in full.

Refund Policy

All refund/(s) will be credited via Internet/Bank Transfer unless otherwise stated.

Refund will be disposed:
1) The above stated scenarios (i) – (iii)
2) If customer opt for meet-up for collection of goods.

Price Revision

Miss Splendour’s Closet reserves the rights to revise the price at any point of time without prior notification to customer. If customer/(s) has/have made their order prior to the price revision, the price for the item/(s) will be status quo.

Miss Splendour’s Closet website contain copyright contents such as Company Name, Company logo, etc. Customers/bystander are advised not to use or replicate any of the contents found on this web without prior consent from Miss Splendour’s Closet. Miss Splendour’s Closet will not hesitate to take legal actions against such infringe actions.

Making Order/(s)
Miss Splendour’s Closet operates on pre-order basis.

All orders are to be place using the order form provided by Miss Splendour’s Closet. A copy of the order form could be obtained under the Purchase Order page.

Any uncompleted information required on the order form will be void.

Attached the order form and email it to misssplendourscloset@yahoo.com.

An order confirmation email will be sent once your order/(s) is/are received by Miss Splendour’s Closet with the Purchase Order ID.

Please make payment upon receiving the order confirmation from Miss Splendour’s Closet.

Order/(s) will be processed upon successful payment received.

Making Payment/(s)
Miss Splendour’s Closet currently accept only 1 payment mode, internet/bank transfer.

Miss Splendour’s Closet will email the bank account details after the confirmation email for the transfer due to security reason.

Please notify Miss Splendour’s Closet via email after you have made the transfer and indicating the Purchase order ID and transaction reference. Miss Splendour’s Closet will proceed with the verification of payment received from you.

Miss Splendour’s Closet does not reveal nor share customer’s personal details to any third parties.

Delivery
Upon confirmation of payment, delivery/(ies) will be made thru Singpost and scheduled to reach customer in 5 working days. Should the item/(s) you have orderedis/are out of stock, do expect the delivery of the item/(s) within two weeks.
Alternatively, Miss Splendour’s Closet can arrange for meet-up of collection of goods, of which the handling charges will not be imposed. The appointed meet-up locations will be:
1) Tampines MRT station (Weekdays)
OR
2) Compass Point (Weekends)

All purchases are not refundable / or exchangeable,
- if item/(s) that you have ordered is/are out of stock, a full refund will be credited back to your bank account.
- No cancellation of order/(s) or refund once order/(s) is/are confirmed/
